A few items of interest:

Marché Artisan Foods now open!
Marché Artisan Foods, now open at 10th and Main St. in the Walnut Exchange building.
Hours: Tuesday-Friday 7-7, Saturday 8-5, Sunday 9-4, closed Mondays.

2007 Class Schedule
Classes are held Monday evenings at 6:30.
Some classes will continue to be held at Margot Cafe and Bar while some will now be held at Marche Artisan Foods.

February 19: Pizza $30
March 12: Pasta/Gnocchi $40
April 16: Fish and Shellfish $50
May 14: Sausage Making $40
June 11: Cooking for Kids $25
July 16: Tuscan Dinner $50
August 20: Provence Dinner $50
September 24: Starches and Side Dishes $40
October 22: Soups $35
November 12: Bread $30
December 3: Desserts $40

The classes fill up very fast. To avoid disappointment DO NOT DELAY.
Please be patient for a response. It will take time to sift through all of the requests.

Please dress approproiately for work in the kitchen: no open-toed shoes or flip flops, dangly jewelry, tank tops or bulky clothing.
Bring with you pencil/pen and paper for notes and a knife if you have one.
Some classes will provide their own meals while others won't - so plan accordingly.
